How do I place an order?

What information do I need to provide to make an order?
In order to process your order we require the following information:

Do you do custom orders?

How do I clean the Fable/Flair/Foamspring

Our easy to unzip, machine washable lining for our foam products can be simply thrown in the wash and will come out looking great afterwards. It's a real pleasure to not have to deal with cleaning and will give you more time for yourself. Please wash with cold water and on delicate.

When will my order ship?
Within the 3 business days following the order. Usually orders being to be fullfilled immediately after the order is placed.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the order to arrive.
How can I pay for my order?
